Please note that refunds are not offered on digital downloads unless faulty. A replacement or refund will be offered in respect of books and CDs received damaged, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, your book or CD must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it. A refund or replacement will be offered for returns made in good faith and for a bona fides reason.
